The Pinal County Sheriff’s Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Dec. 15

Javier Loaiza, 34, San Manuel, was arrested in the area of Giffin Ave. and Third Ave., San Manuel, on a warrant for violation of a promise to appear. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Theft was reported in the 1100 block of N. Justice Dr., Oracle.

Assault was reported in the 38000 block of S. Mountainview Blvd., SaddleBrooke.

Dec. 16

Gregory Likovich, 58, Tucson, was arrested in the 63000 block of E. Desert Highland Dr., SaddleBrooke, and was charged with assault and fighting-domestic violence. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Dec. 17

Theft was reported in the 200 block of S. Avenue A, San Manuel.

Dec. 18

Assault was reported in the area of S. Hwy. 77 and S. Hwy. 79, Oracle Junction.

Dec. 19

Wyatt Charles Hamilton, 34, Oracle, was arrested in the area of John Adams and American Ave., Oracle, on a warrant for failure to comply with court order. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

An accident without injuries was reported in the area of E. American Ave. and N. Evergreen Dr., Oracle.

A hit and run accident was reported in the 2400 block of W. American Ave., Oracle.

Dec. 20

Theft was reported in the 1100 block of N. Justice Dr., Oracle.

An accident without injuries was reported in the area of E. SaddleBrooke Blvd. and S. Mountainview Blvd., SaddleBrooke.

Dec. 21

Burglary was reported in the 85000 block of E. Hussey St., Mammoth.

Assault was reported in the 38000 block of S. Mt. Lemmon Rd., Oracle. One juvenile was arrested in the incident.

Theft was reported in the 39000 block of S. Mountain Shadow Dr., SaddleBrooke.

Criminal damage was reported in the 900 block of W. Third Ave., San Manuel.

Theft was reported in the 600 block of S. Encina St., San Manuel.

A fire was reported in the 600 block of S. Vista Sierra St., San Manuel.
