The Pinal County Sheriff’s Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Sept. 15

Charles A. Dominguez, 40, Winkelman, was arrested at the Hayden Police Department and was charged with burglary, theft, possession of stolen property and interfering with judicial proceedings. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Criminal damage was reported in the area of N. Camino Rio and E. San Pedro Rd., Dudleyville.

Theft was reported in the 14000 block of N. Hwy. 177, Kearny.

Theft was reported in the 700 block of N. John Adams St., Oracle.

Violation of a court order was reported in the 1200 block of W. Neal St., Oracle.

Criminal damage was reported in the area of E. Eagle Mountain Dr. and S. Eagle Crest Ranch Blvd., SaddleBrooke.

Sept. 16

A search warrant was served in the 1300 block of W. Oracle Ranch Rd., Oracle.

Burglary was reported in the area of N. Cedar Ridge Dr. and E. Paseo Encino, Oracle.

Assault was reported in the 900 block of W. First Ave., San Manuel.

Sept. 17

Rochelle Gutierrez, 26, San Manuel, was arrested in the 100 block of W. Webb Dr., San Manuel, and was charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

A narcotics offense was reported in the 36000 block of S. Mt. Lemmon Rd., Oracle. One juvenile was arrested in the incident.

Sept. 18

Epifanio Pete Croci, 30, Tucson, was arrested in the 100 block of Webb Dr., San Manuel, and was charged with failure to appear in court and two counts of burglary. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Assault was reported in the 27000 block of N. Mineral Creek Rd., Kearny.

Sept. 19

Criminal damage was reported in the area of E. Old Camp Grant Pl. and S. P Z Ranch Rd., Dudleyville.

Violation of a court order was reported in the 1400 block of N. Justice Dr., Oracle.

An accident without injuries was reported in the area of W. Sunset Ave., Oracle.

Criminal damage was reported in the 61000 block of E. Oakwood Dr., SaddleBrooke.

Assault was reported in the 900 block of W. First Ave., San Manuel.

Sept. 20

A fire was reported in the 25000 block of N. Deen Ln., Kearny.

Sept. 21

John A. Bribiescas, 40, Mammoth, was arrested at milepost 97 on Hwy. 77, Mammoth, and was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (DUI), DUI with blood alcohol content (BAC) of .08 or higher, extreme DUI (BAC of .15-.20) and super extreme DUI (BAC greater than .20). He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Theft was reported in the 500 block of S. Avenue A, San Manuel.
