The Pinal County Sheriff’s Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Sept. 8

Hector Pena Espinoza, 49, SaddleBrooke, was arrested in the 39000 block of S. Old Arena, SaddleBrooke, and was charged with assault and fighting/domestic violence. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Criminal damage was reported in the 2600 block of W. El Paseo, Oracle.

Burglary was reported in the 600 block of S. Encina St., San Manuel.

Sept. 9

Theft was reported in the 1700 block of E. Durant Rd., Oracle.

An accident with injuries was reported in the area of E. SaddleBrooke Blvd. and S. Hwy. 77, SaddleBrooke.

Theft was reported in the 400 block of S. Ladera Pl., San Manuel.

Sept. 10

Theft was reported in the 63000 block of E. SaddleBrooke Blvd., SaddleBrooke.

Theft was reported in the 400 block of S. Avenue A, San Manuel.

Sept. 11

Burglary was reported in the 59000 block of E. Dix Dr., Kearny.

Theft was reported in the area of S. River Rd. and E. Copper Creek Rd., Mammoth.

Assault was reported in the 36000 block of S. Mt. Lemmon Rd., Oracle. One juvenile was arrested.

Sept. 12

Theft was reported in the 1100 block of N. White Oak Pl., Oracle.

Assault was reported in the 2600 block of W. El Paseo, Oracle.

Sept. 13

Arson was reported in the 900 block of W. Second Ave., San Manuel. The case is under investigation.

Assault was reported in the 200 block of S. Avenue B, San Manuel.

Theft was reported in the area of S. McNab Pkwy. and E. Avenue G, San Manuel.

Sept. 14

Assault was reported in the 36000 block of S. Mt. Lemmon Rd., Oracle. One juvenile was arrested.

Theft was reported in the 700 block of N. John Adams St., Oracle.

Theft was reported in the area of W. Park Pl., San Manuel.
