Pinal County Sheriff’s Report

The Pinal County Sheriff’s Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Feb. 22

Mathew A. Gould, 25, Tucson, was arrested in the area of American Ave., Oracle, on a warrant for failure to comply with a court order. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Alfonso D. Garcia, 27, San Manuel, was arrested in the 300 block of E. El Camino, San Manuel, and was charged with aggravated assault, criminal damage and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Ronald Lee Watson, 44, Apache Junction, was arrested in the area of Highway 60 and Highway 177, Superior, on three warrants for interfering with judicial proceedings. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Cari Dawn Richards, 47, San Manuel, was arrested in the 100 block of McNab Parkway, San Manuel, and was charged with criminal damage and fighting/disruptive behavior. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Theft and criminal damage were reported in the area of S. River Rd. and E. River Ranch Rd., Mammoth. A fence was cut and a one-ton well drill was taken.

Shoplifting/theft was reported in the 63000 block of E. SaddleBrooke Blvd., SaddleBrooke.

Feb. 23

Brittany Star Rawlings, 20, Superior, was arrested in the area of Brown and Stone, Superior, and was charged with aggravated assault on a law officer, failure to appear, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Burglary was reported in the area of N. Battle Axe Rd., Battle Axe. Windows in two vehicles were broken and the vehicles burglarized. The deputy who responded determined that the incident was related to a hunting area dispute.

An adult was arrested, cited and released in the area of E. American Ave., Oracle, for driving without an ignition interlock device as required.

An accident with injuries was reported in the 39000 block of S. Clubhouse Dr., near the Desert View Performing Arts Center, SaddleBrooke.

Theft of microphones was reported in the 300 block of E. Webb Dr., San Manuel.

Feb. 24

Victor Rios Nabor, 27, San Manuel, was arrested in the 28000 block of S. Veteran’s Memorial Blvd., San Manuel, and was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Chance Windfield Cooper, 50, Oracle, was arrested in the area of Redington Rd. and Webb Rd., San Manuel, and was charged with threatening/intimidation, disorderly conduct and harassment. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Theft and criminal damage were reported at milepost 141 on Highway 177, Kearny.

Criminal damage (graffiti) was reported at the Oracle State Park.

Feb. 25

Christopher Scott Ronquillo, 23, Oracle, was arrested in the 2000 block of W. Beverly Cir., Oracle, on a warrant for probation violation. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Vandalism was reported in the area of S. River Rd. and E. Copper Creek Rd., Mammoth.

Theft of a lighter was reported in the 63000 block of E. SaddleBrooke Blvd., SaddleBrooke. The person who took the lighter later returned and paid for the item.

Criminal damage was reported in the 400 block of S. Ladera Pl., San Manuel.

Theft of windows was reported in the 300 block of E. Fifth Pl., San Manuel.

Feb. 26

Theft of a tire was reported in the 5100 block of Cholla St., Dudleyville.

A runaway juvenile was reported in the 36000 block of S. Mt. Lemmon Rd., Oracle. The juvenile was later found in Oracle and returned to Sycamore Canyon Academy.

Theft of a vehicle was reported in the 62000 block of E. Star Crest Dr., SaddleBrooke.

Assault was reported at the San Manuel Junior High School. The incident involved two female students.

An accident with injuries was reported on Webb Rd. approximately one-quarter mile from Veteran’s Memorial Blvd., San Manuel. A male was injured in a quad accident. The patient refused medical treatment.

Assault was reported in the 1000 block of W. Second Ave., San Manuel. The incident happened to a student at school.

Feb. 27

Theft of a vehicle was reported in the area of S. Highway 77 and S. Veterans Memorial Blvd., San Manuel Junction. The vehicle was described as a gray and white 1978 Chevy Blazer.

Feb. 28

Pamela Jaqueline Williams, 64, SaddleBrooke, was arrested and charged with theft, theft of a vehicle and forging a credit card. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

A house fire was reported in the 60000 block of E. Arroyo Vista Dr., Oracle.

Truancy was reported at Mountain Vista School in Oracle. Two students, first and seventh grade, each had 30 absences.

Criminal damage was reported in the 900 block of W. Discover St., Oracle.

Reckless driving was reported in the area of Ford Wash and Redington Road, San Manuel. A school bus driver was run off the road by a driver in a silver truck.

A concerned citizen reported finding a black case with a snub nosed .357 handgun in front of the First Avenue Elementary School in San Manuel. The case was in the roadway. The citizen secured the weapon in his home in the 1000 block of W. Third Ave., San Manuel, before turning it over to PCSO.

A woman called PCSO to report that her husband, who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, walked away from their residence in the 500 block of S. Tierra Verde St., San Manuel. He was later located at the Dollar General.

Theft of a handgun from a vehicle was reported in the 1000 block of W. Second Ave., San Manuel. It was determined that the gun that was missing was the one turned over to PCSO earlier in the day.
