The Pinal County Sheriff’s Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Dec. 27

Burglary was reported in the 200 block of W. Sahauro Dr., Queen Valley.

Dec. 28

An accident without injuries was reported in the area of E. Webb Rd. and S. Mt. Lemmon Rd., Oracle. A Ford Branco struck a cow in the road. The cow died as a result of its injuries and the owner was notified. The vehicle was not drivable and was towed by Mammoth Towing.

An accident with injuries was reported in the area of E. Hewitt Station Rd. and N. Queen Valley Rd., Queen Valley. A female riding an ATV suffered a broken arm in the accident.

Burglary was reported in the 300 block of W. Main St., San Manuel.

Theft of beer was reported in the 400 block of S. Avenue A, San Manuel. Taken were two 30-packs of Bud Light.

Dec. 29

An accident with injuries was reported in the area of E. Florence-Kelvin Highway and N. Gardenshire Rd., Kearny. The 19-year-old male driver was complaining of pain in his collar bone and was having problems breathing. Kearny Ambulance responded to the scene and set up a landing zone for Native Air helicopter. The driver was taken by helicopter to Scottsdale Osborne Hospital.

Theft of copper, tools and miscellaneous items was reported in the 51000 block of E. Edwin Rd., SaddleBrooke.

A prowler was reported in the 600 block of W. Fifth Ave., San Manuel. The homeowner reported hearing dogs barking and hearing someone trying to open a sliding glass door. When PCSO arrived, the prowler was gone but evidence at the scene showed that someone had been outside in the yard.

PCSO assisted Superior Police Department with a person resisting arrest. The officer was kicked in the face.

Dec. 30

Witney Seleste North, 24, Tucson, was arrested in the SaddleBrooke area and was charged with exceeding 85 miles per hour. She was cited and released.

Assault was reported in the 400 block of N. Estill Dr., Oracle.

Theft was reported in the 100 block of E. Avenue H, San Manuel.

Dec. 31

Sean Alexander Weldon, 24, Flagstaff, was arrested in the area of Lago del Oro, SaddleBrooke, and was charged with possession of narcotic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

An unattended death was reported in the 80000 block of E. Cactus Dr., Dudleyville.

An accident with injuries was reported in the area of E. Silver King Rd., Queen Valley. The accident was a single vehicle rollover. The driver was gone upon arrival of PCSO deputies. The second passenger refused medical assistance.

Criminal damage to a window was reported in the 100 block of W. Fifth Ave., San Manuel.

Jan. 2

Ashley Kathleen Malone, 23, San Manuel, was arrested in the 700 block of E. American Ave., Oracle, and was charged with theft. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.
