The Pinal County Sheriff’s Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Nov. 21

Jonathan M. Barnes, 45, San Manuel, was arrested in the 23000 block of S. Veterans Memorial Blvd., San Manuel, and was charged with failure to appear, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Haley Carmela Gomez, 33, San Manuel, was arrested in the 23000 block of S. Veterans Memorial Blvd., San Manuel, and was charged with failure to appear, possession of marijuana, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

N. Diane Stone, 48, Oracle, was arrested in the 9500 block of Paseo Encino, Oracle, and was charged with disorderly conduct-domestic violence. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

A fire was reported in the area of N. Zelleweger Rd. and E. Florence-Kelvin Hwy., Kearny (near the A Diamond Ranch). Florence Fire Department was requested to respond to the fire by the State Land Department.

Theft of jewelry was reported in the 2300 block of W. Camino Amigo, Oracle.

Theft of a driver’s license was reported in the 39000 block of S. Lago del Oro Pkwy., SaddleBrooke.

Nov. 22

Two students at Mountain Vista School in Oracle reported seeing a subject on the school campus with a gun. They reported seeing the person near the gym. The school was put on lockdown until PCSO could clear the campus.

Theft was reported in the 200 block of S. Avenue B, San Manuel. Taken were gaming accessories and other miscellaneous items.

Nov. 24

Cody Barrett Sansom, 29, Missouri, was arrested in the Superior area and was charged with failure to show driver’s license or identification and driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released.

Theft of a wallet was reported in the 1800 block of W. Alex Austin Dr., Oracle.

PCSO received a report of multiple adult bodies in the area of S. Palisade Pl. and S. Overlook Dr., SaddleBrooke. It was originally reported as one body, but more were seen. PCSO investigated and found that the “bodies” were human-sized dolls.

Theft of two five-gallon glass jars was reported in the 200 block of S. Avenue A, San Manuel.

Burglary was reported in the 900 block of W. Second Ave., San Manuel.

Nov. 25

Haley Carmela Gomez, 33, San Manuel, was arrested in the 600 block of San Carlos, San Manuel, on a warrant for failure to appear. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Manuel Raul Duarte, 32, San Manuel, was arrested in the 400 block of San Carlos, San Manuel, and was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of narcotic drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Carlos Juan Duarte, 19, San Manuel, was arrested in the 400 block of San Carlos, San Manuel, and was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Criminal damage was reported in the 1000 block of W. Webb Dr., San Manuel.

Nov. 26

Marion Lexter Hampton, 59, Oracle, was arrested in the 500 block of E. Mountain, Oracle, and charged with assault and criminal damage. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

An accident with injuries was reported in the area of E. American Ave. and E. Maplewood St., Oracle.

Burglary was reported in the 1300 block of E. Emilie Cir., Oracle. The homeowner reported coming home and finding the door wide open. She told PCSO that she heard movement inside. It was later determined that the door had been blown open by the wind.

Theft of a hat was reported in the 63000 block of E. SaddleBrooke Blvd., SaddleBrooke.

An accident with injuries was reported in the area of S. Eagle Crest Ranch Rd. and Highway 77, SaddleBrooke.
