The Pinal County Sheriff’s Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

May 11

Theft of a wi-fi hot spot was reported in the 35000 block of S. Wind Crest Dr., SaddleBrooke. The equipment was valued at $250.

May 12

Juan Gabriel Aguero-Gomez, 38, Winkelman, was arrested and charged with threatening/intimidation, assault and disorderly conduct. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Assault was reported in the area of N. Robles Rd. and W. Camino Yucca, Oracle.

May 13

Assault was reported in the area of S. Lago Del Oro Parkway, SaddleBrooke.

Theft was reported in the 24000 block of S. Butterfly Ln., SaddleBrooke.

Assault was reported in the 500 block of S. Tierra Verde St., San Manuel.

May 14

Robert Gilson, 28, Tucson, was arrested and charged with theft, trafficking in stolen property, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Sean Michael McDermott, 27, San Manuel, was arrested in the 200 block of E. Fifth St., San Manuel, and was charged with assault. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Criminal damage was reported in the 38000 block of S. Mountainview Blvd., SaddleBrooke. Something combustible was thrown into a bin of rags. The fire was extinguished by Golder Ranch Fire Department.

Theft of a purse was reported in the 64000 block of E. Golden Spur Ct., SaddleBrooke.

May 15

Justin James Johnson, 31, Winkelman, was arrested in the area of Calle Valencia, Oracle, on a failure to appear warrant. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

May 16

Jonathan Barns, 45, was arrested in the area of S. Ladera and Avenue G, San Manuel, and was charged with assault and disorderly conduct. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

May 17

Timothy Allen Beeson, 60, Oracle, was arrested in the 1500 block of Calle Corona, Oracle, and was charged with assault. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

An accident with injuries was reported in the area of N. Hunter Circle and W. American Ave., Oracle.

Theft of purse was reported in the 64000 block of E. Golden Spur Ct., Eagle Crest.

Burglary was reported in the 64000 block of E. Greenbelt Ln., SaddleBrooke.

Theft of water and tampering with water meters were reported in the 600 block of S. Tierra Verde St., San Manuel.

Burglary was reported in the 600 block of S. Vista Sierra St., San Manuel.

May 18

Theft of a cell phone was reported in the 19000 block of S. River Rd., Mammoth.

May 20

Theft was reported in the 63000 block of E. Whispering Tree Ln., SaddleBrooke.

May 21

Assault was reported in the 100 block of W. Sixth Ave., San Manuel.

May 22

Louis Gregorio Vasquez Jr., 54, Superior, was arrested and charged with failure to register as a sex offender. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Theft of jewelry was reported in the 63000 block of E. Flower Ridge Dr., SaddleBrooke.

May 23

Gabriel A. Hernandez, 19, Oracle, was arrested at the Family Dollar Store, Oracle, and was charged with failure to appear, violation of a drug-free school zone and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Theft of a vehicle was reported in the 78000 block of E. Palo Verde Rd., Dudleyville. The vehicle was recovered by the owner.

Theft of a vehicle was reported in the 8900 block of S. Yellow Jacket Dr., Mammoth. The vehicle was described as a non-functioning red Chevy Corsica.

Theft of jewelry was reported in the 65000 block of E. Rolling Hills Dr., SaddleBrooke.

Theft of a purse was reported in the 38000 block of S. Mountainview Blvd., SaddleBrooke.

An accident with injuries was reported in the area of E. SaddleBrooke Blvd. and S. Meander Ct., SaddleBrooke. A vehicle struck a golf cart injuring the two people riding in the golf cart.

Theft of a statue was reported in the 300 block of S. Avenue B, San Manuel.
