The Pinal County Sheriff’s Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Aug. 24

Burglary was reported in the 55000 block of E. Florence-Kelvin Hwy., Kearny.

Burglary was reported in the 600 block of W. Linda Vista Rd., Oracle.

Theft was reported in the 500 block of S. Tierra Verde St., San Manuel.

Aug. 25

Cruz Bentley, 23, Oracle, was arrested in the 2100 block of W. American Ave., Oracle, and was charged with threatening/intimidation and disorderly conduct. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Criminal damage was reported in the area of W. Running Deer Dr. and S. El Camino Viejo, Queen Valley.

Criminal damage was reported in the 1900 block of W. Running Deer Dr., Queen Valley.

Aug. 26

Jessica Monique Johnson, 23, Oracle, was arrested in the area of American Ave. and Maple, Oracle, on a warrant for non compliance. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Michael Frank Perkins Jr., 20, Oracle, was arrested in the area of American and Maple, Oracle, and was charged with aggravated assault on a peace officer, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and probation violation. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Burglary was reported in the 40000 block of S. Mountain Shadow Dr., SaddleBrooke.

Aug. 27

Desiree Nicole Phelan, 35, Aravaipa, was arrested in the 6000 block N. Horseshoe Dr., Aravaipa, and was charged with two counts of aggravated assault and one count each of criminal trespassing and burglary. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Theft was reported in the 700 block of N. Carpenter Dr., Oracle.

An accident without injuries was reported in the 32000 block of S. Biosphere Rd., Oracle.

Aug. 28

Brian Kenneth Unfried, 45, Queen Valley, was arrested in the 200 block of E. Diane Dr., Queen Valley, and was charged with theft. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Violation of a court order was reported in the 1800 block of W. Running Deer Dr., Queen Valley.

Theft was reported in the 600 block of N. Fairway Dr., Queen Valley.

Theft was reported in the 200 block of S. Avenue B, San Manuel.

Aug. 29

Theft was reported in the 11000 block of N. Springfield Rd., Dudleyville.

Forgery was reported in the 900 block of W. Walnut St., Oracle.

Aug. 30

Douglas Jeffrey Becken, 55, Oracle, was arrested in the 2100 block of W. American Ave., Oracle, and was charged with theft, driving on a suspended license and unsafe passing when facing oncoming traffic. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Fire was reported in the area of N. Dudleyville Rd., Dudleyville.

Theft was reported in the area of S. River Rd. and E. Copper Creek Rd., Mammoth.

Theft was reported in the 86000 block of E. Vieros St., Mammoth.

Fire was reported in the 1500 block of N. Calle Coruna, Oracle.

Criminal damage was reported in the 37000 block of S. Stoney Cliff Ct., SaddleBrooke.

An accident without injuries was reported in the area of N. Perlite Rd. and E. Hwy. 60, Superior.
