The Pinal County Sheriff’s Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

June 22

Desi Thomas Apodaca Jr., 35, Oracle, was arrested in the 300 block of W. American Ave., Oracle, on a warrant for non-compliance. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Theft was reported in the 37000 block of S. Canyon View Dr., SaddleBrooke.

June 23

An accident with injuries was reported in the 59000 block of E. Carlotta Dr., Kearny.

Burglary was reported in the 86000 block of E. Barrows Pl., Mammoth.

Theft was reported in the 1400 block of W. Linda Vista Rd., Oracle.

Violation of a court order was reported in the 1100 block of N. Justice Dr., Oracle.

Theft was reported in the 40000 block of S. Mountain Shadow Dr., SaddleBrooke.

Fire was reported in the area of S. Mountain Shadow Dr. and S. Horse Run Dr., SaddleBrooke.

June 24

Julie Walters, 45, Tucson, was arrested in the 65000 block of E. Catalina Hills Dr., SaddleBrooke, and was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Assault was reported in the 400 block of S. Avenue A, San Manuel.

June 25

Samuel Joseph Lopez, 49, San Manuel, was arrested in the 500 block of Vista Sierra, San Manuel, on a warrant for non-compliance. He was also charged with assault, transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Theft was reported in the area of E. Main St., San Manuel.

Burglary was reported in the 100 block of N. Park Pl., San Manuel.

Theft was reported in the 35000 block of E. Hewitt Station Rd., Superior.

June 26

Kaven Octavious Hernandez, 20, Oracle, was arrested in the 400 block of N. Timberline, Oracle, and was charged with assault and disorderly conduct. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Burglary was reported in the 44000 block of E. Agenda Dos Gatos, SaddleBrooke.

Criminal damage was reported in the 1000 block of W. Third Ave., San Manuel.

Violation of a court order was reported in the 100 block of W. Fourth Ave., San Manuel.

June 27

Paul Richard Albert, 47, San Manuel, was arrested in the 600 block of W. Second Ave., San Manuel, and was charged with criminal damage and disorderly conduct. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

An accident without injuries was reported in the area of E. Hwy. 77, Oracle.

Theft was reported in the 2100 block of W. American Ave., Oracle.

Fire was reported in the area of E. Edwin Rd. and S. Dodge Canyon Rd., SaddleBrooke.

Fire was reported in the 60000 block of E. Forelock Pl., SaddleBrooke.

June 28

Theft was reported in the 2400 block of W. Hwy. 77, Oracle.

Theft was reported in the 200 block of S. Avenue A, San Manuel.
