The Pinal County Sheriff’s Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

March 16

David Wayne Bratcher Jr., 30, Mammoth, was arrested on Hwy. 77 at milepost 132, Dudleyville, on warrants for failure to pay fine and non-compliance. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

A narcotics offense was reported in the 2100 block of W. American Ave., Oracle.

Criminal damage was reported twice in the area of E. Hwy. 60, Superior.

March 17

Kelly A. Westfall, 34, San Manuel, was arrested in the area of Veterans Memorial Blvd., San Manuel, on a warrant for non-compliance. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Burglary was reported in the 400 block of N. Walnut Pl., Oracle.

Burglary was reported in the 61000 block of E. Oakwood Dr., SaddleBrooke.

An accident without injuries was reported in the area of S. Hwy. 77, SaddleBrooke.

March 18

Assault was reported in the 900 block of W. First Ave., San Manuel.

March 19

An accident with injuries was reported in the 38000 block of S. Mountain Site Dr., SaddleBrooke.

March 20

Francisco John Meister, 28, Tucson, was arrested in the area of S. Redington Rd. and River Rd., San Manuel, on a failure to appear warrant. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Jessica Ashley Contreras, 29, Oracle, was arrested in the 500 block of Oak Hills, Oracle, and was charged with assault, criminal damage and disorderly conduct. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Theft was reported in the 1700 block of W. Oracle Ranch Rd., Oracle.

Theft was reported in the 65000 block of E. Rocky Mesa Dr., SaddleBrooke.

March 21

Violation of a court order was reported in the 1000 block of N. Evergreen Dr., Oracle.

Assault was reported in the 36000 block of S. Mt. Lemmon Rd., Oracle.

March 22

Alejandro Alfredo Gaona, 41, Oracle, was arrested in the 1100 block of Calle Del Ranch, Oracle, and was charged with interfering with judicial proceedings. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Carlos Juan Duarte, 21, San Manuel, was arrested in the area of Avenue B and Sixth St., San Manuel, and was charged with possession of prescription drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.
