Pinal County Sheriff’s Office Police Report Nov. 21-30

The Pinal County Sheriff’s Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Nov. 21

Criminal damage was reported in the 61000 block of E. Sparkle Spur Pl., Eagle Crest.

A concerned citizen called to report a possible burglary in the area of Sixth Ave. and Main St., San Manuel.

Nov. 22

A traffic accident with injuries was reported in the 100 block of N. Giffin Ave., San Manuel. A person wrecked on his dirt bike behind the Mormon Church.

Nov. 23

Andres Cervantes Rangel, 21, Oracle, was arrested in the area of Highway 77 and SaddleBrooke Blvd., SaddleBrooke, and was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Jerry Dean Byrd Jr., 40, Superior, was arrested in the area of Main St. and Lobb St., Superior, on a child support warrant. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Angelo Gomez, 49, Superior, was arrested in the area of W. Magma Hills, Superior, and was charged with threatening/intimidation, aggravated DUI (driving while under the influence of alcohol), two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of driving on a suspended/revoked license, driver/passenger consuming alcohol and passenger in possession of alcohol. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Isaac Max Mikels, 42, Mammoth, was arrested in the area of River Rd. and River Ranch Rd., Mammoth, and was charged with aggravated harassment. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Burglary was reported in the 19000 block of S. River Rd., Mammoth.

Possible assault was reported in the 300 block of N. John Adams Rd., Oracle.

Burglary was reported in the 800 block of W. Kirk Dr., Queen Valley.

Nov. 24

Victor Gutierrez, 46, San Manuel, was arrested in the area of S. Redington Rd., San Manuel, and was charged with possession of burglary tools, trafficking in stolen property, two counts of burglary and two counts of aggravated criminal damage. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail. (See related story.)

Mark Anthony Jimenez, 34, San Manuel, was arrested in the area of S. Redington Rd., San Manuel, and was charged with possession of burglary tools, trafficking in stolen property, burglary and aggravated criminal damage. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail. (See related story.)

Criminal damage was reported by the Copper Basin Railway, Hayden Junction. A train was running and someone threw rocks, breaking the engine’s windshield.

A fatal traffic accident occurred in the area of S. Mt. Lemmon Rd. and E. Fuego Rd., Oracle. (See related story.)

Nov. 25

Three juveniles were reported as runaways from the Sycamore Canyon Academy, Oracle.

A traffic accident without injuries was reported in the area of S. Veterans Memorial Blvd. and the San Manuel Country Club, San Manuel. A vehicle struck a deer.

Burglary was reported in the area of E. Highway 60 and E. Hewitt Station Rd., Superior. A vehicle’s window was smashed and a rifle was taken from inside the vehicle.

Nov. 26

Jerry Dean Byrd Jr., 40, Superior, was arrested in the area of Main and Lobb St., Superior, and charged with two violations of liquor laws (driver/passenger consumption and possession of alcohol in a vehicle). He was cited and released.

Benjamin Daniel Molina, 20, Mammoth, was arrested in the area of S. River Rd., Mammoth, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Criminal damage was reported in the 1100 block of N. Justice Dr., Oracle.

The three juveniles reported as runaways from Sycamore Canyon Academy, Oracle, on Nov. 25 were located in the area of American Ave. and Linda Vista, Oracle. They were returned to the school.

A dog bite was reported in the Apache Land Trailer Park, Oracle.

An accident with injuries was reported in the 63000 block of E. SaddleBrooke Blvd., SaddleBrooke. A woman struck a car with a golf cart. The accident occurred on private property and was handled by SaddleBrooke Patrol.

Nov. 27

Michael David Kuczynski, 33, Flagstaff, was arrested in the Kearny area and was charged with driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released.

Allison Leigh Webster, 33, Tucson, was arrested in the Oracle area and was charged with driving on a suspended license and failure to provide proof of insurance. She was cited and released.

Jamie Michelle Valdiviezo, 33, Oracle, was arrested in the Oracle area and was charged with driving on a suspended license. She was cited and released.

Nov. 28

Desi Thomas Apodaca, 32, San Manuel, was arrested in the San Manuel area on a summons for criminal damage and fighting/disruptive behavior. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Burglary was reported in the 1000 block of N. Calle Futura, Oracle. a gun was taken.

Nov. 29

Jake Ryan Reed, 20, Oro Valley, was arrested in the SaddleBrooke area and was charged with excessive speed. He was cited and released.

An accident without injuries was reported in the area of E. Florence-Kelvin Highway, Kearny. A vehicle rolled, landing on its roof.

Nov. 30

Jesus Carlos Contreras, 55, Superior, was arrested in the area of Kiser St. and Western, Superior, on a child support warrant. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

An unattended death was reported in the 39000 block of S. Horse Run Dr., Eagle Crest.
