Pinal County Sheriff’s Office Police Report 12-12

The Pinal County Sheriff’s Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Dec. 1

Kristal Nichole Cardenas, 27, Superior, was arrested in the area of Crowe St. and Center, Superior, and was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

An accident without injuries was reported in the area of W. Harold Dr. and N. Rockliffe Blvd., Oracle. A vehicle struck an electrical box, exposing live wires. The call was turned over to Oracle Fire Department and BIA.

Dec. 3

Burglary from a vehicle was reported in the 200 block of N. Cedar Hill Dr., Oracle. The vehicle’s registration was taken.

Theft of an iPod was reported at the Mountain Vista School in Oracle.

An accident without injuries was reported in the area of E. Highway 77 and S. SaddleBrooke Ranch West, Oracle.

Burglary was reported in the 1000 block of N. College Dr., Oracle. The call was determined to be unfounded.

Dec. 4

James Peter Nourtsis, 32, Oro Valley, was arrested in the San Manuel area and charged with issuing a bad check. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Ethan Tre Simpson, 18, San Manuel, was arrested in the 400 block of San Carlos, San Manuel, and was charged with criminal damage. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Dec. 5

Rebecca R. Ramirez, 42, Superior, was arrested in the area of W. Gorham St., Superior, on warrants for failure to appear and interfering with judicial proceedings. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Robert Montano, 31, Superior, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of dangerous drugs. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Sam Gilbert Martinez, 57, Superior, was arrested in the area of Sunset and Palo Verde Rd., Superior, and was charged with possession of dangerous drugs. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Criminal damage was reported in the 1000 block of E. American Ave., Oracle.

Theft was reported in the 1000 block of E. American Ave., Oracle.

Dec. 6

Joshua David Mariscal, 30, Tucson, was arrested in the area of SaddleBrooke Blvd., SaddleBrooke, on warrants for failure to appear and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Richard Jesse Garcia Jr., 28, San Manuel, was arrested in the area of Veterans Memorial Blvd. and Old Webb Rd., San Manuel, and was charged with possession of marijuana, driving on a suspended license and two counts of interfering with judicial proceedings. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.
