Pinal County mobile home notices are arriving

FLORENCE — Pinal County Assessor Douglas Wolf announced today that his office has mailed the 2016 valuation notices for Mobile Homes. 

  “Mobile Home owners should check the notice they receive for the valuation or any data errors,” said Wolf. “As an owner you have 30 days to contest a valuation, which means the deadline is 7/8/2016,” he added.

   Owners have several ways to contest a valuation. 

  The appeal form can be downloaded and printed from the Assessor’s website www.pinalcountyaz.gov/assessor and dropped in the mail by the deadline date. Or, you can come to the county offices in Florence, the Assessor is located in Building E. Or, visit the Casa Grande office on 820 Cottonwood Lane on Tuesdays or Thursdays or the Apache Junction county government complex on 575 N. Idaho Road, Mondays or Wednesdays and fill out the form. Both offices are staffed from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
