PCSO Report – Dec. 14 to Dec. 25

The Pinal County Sheriff’s Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Dec. 14

Kristian Miguel Velducea, 18, Superior, was arrested in the area of West Sonora Street, Superior, and was charged with aggravated robbery and armed robbery. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

A child was reported missing after school in Oracle. She was located by school personnel on a different bus.

Theft of beer was reported in the area of South Veterans Memorial Boulevard, San Manuel.

An accident without injuries was reported at milepost 162.3 on Highway 177 between Kearny and Superior. The accident was a single vehicle rollover accident. Arizona Department of Public Safety was on scene.

Dec. 15

Jennifer Joyce Knowles, 26, Oracle, was arrested in the area of Neal Street, Oracle, and was charged with assault. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Assault was reported in the 1000 block of East Timberline Way, Oracle.

An accident without injuries was reported in the 100 block of East Fourth Street, San Manuel. A parked vehicle was struck by a passing vehicle, which left the scene after the accident.

Theft of portable corrals was reported at a ranch near milepost 166 on Highway 177 between Kearny and Superior.

Dec. 16

A house fire was reported in the 3300 block of North Colleen Drive, Oracle. The house was evacuated and the fire was extinguished by the Oracle Fire Department. A second call came in about an hour later reporting that the flames had started again. Oracle Fire kept an engine on site to monitor it through the night.

Dec. 17

Theft of a purse was reported in the 3900 block of West Highway 77, Oracle.

Theft of a modem was reported in the 800 block of North Queen Mary Way, Queen Valley.

Assault was reported in the 22000 block of South Shooting Star Road, SaddleBrooke. A real estate agent and a client were shot at by a female in a neighboring house. When confronted, the female said she thought the two were stealing from her and fired two warning shots from a shotgun into the ground. She was advised to use better judgment in the future. No charges were filed.

Criminal damage was reported in the 39000 block of South Old Arena Dr., Eagle Crest. Graffiti was found on a fence.

A juvenile was arrested in the 700 block of South McNab Parkway, San Manuel, and was referred to the Pinal County Juvenile Court for violation of a court order.

Theft from a vehicle was reported in the area of the Elks Plaza, San Manuel.

Dec. 18

Ryan Layne Erickson, 19, Oracle, was arrested in the 600 block of West Robles Street, Oracle, and was charged with criminal damage-domestic violence and disorderly conduct. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

An accident without injuries was reported in the area of East American Avenue and West Highway 77, Oracle. The accident involved a single vehicle rollover.

Dec. 19

Austin Michael Nall, 19, Eagle Crest, was arrested in the 60000 block of East Twisted Snaffle Place, Eagle Crest, and was charged with threats-intimidation, assault, criminal damage and disorderly conduct. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

PCSO and Arizona Department of Public Safety performed a high risk traffic stop on a vehicle on Highway 77 south of Oracle Junction. The vehicle, described as a black SUV, initially passed a PCSO deputy at Willow Springs Road, Oracle, going 70 mph in a 55 mph zone. The driver went through Oracle Junction at 55 mph. Stop sticks were deployed by DPS. The driver pulled over and PCSO detained the driver.

Theft was reported at a business in the area of Main Street, San Manuel.

A stop sign was reported missing from the intersection of West Third Avenue and North Douglas Avenue, San Manuel. Pinal County Roads was notified.

Dec. 20

Robert Jon Thompson, 41, Oracle, was arrested in the 2100 block of West American Avenue, Oracle, on a warrant for probation violation. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

Criminal damage was reported in the area of East Simmons Way, Kearny. A gate’s lock was cut.

Counterfeit bills were reported at the Oracle Inn.

Dec. 22

Theft was reported in the area of North Bachman Wash Road, Oracle.

An accident with injuries was reported in the area of West Highway 60 and Main Street, Superior.

Dec. 23

Theft of washing machine hoses was reported in the area of South Encina Place, San Manuel.

Dec. 24

Theft of construction materials was reported in the 1200 block of East American Avenue, Oracle.

Criminal damage was reported in the 400 block of South Ladera Placce, San Manuel. A vehicle’s windows were shattered.

Dec. 25

A gray Chevy Camero with no license plates was found abandoned in the area of South River Road, Mammoth. It appeared to have struck an electrical pole. San Carlos Irrigation Project (BIA) was notified. The vehicle was towed by Mammoth Towing.

Assault was reported in the 500 block of South Tierra Verde Street, San Manuel. A child was struck in the face with a frozen egg that was thrown from a passing vehicle. The child was not injured.
