The Pat Murchek Memorial Breakfast will be held in Trowbridge Hall at the Oracle Union Church on Nov. 23, 2013 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. The pancake breakfast will include pancakes, sausage, fruit, orange juice, coffee, and tea. Cost of the breakfast is $5 for adults and $2.50 for children under 12 years of age.

There will also be a silent auction, bake sale and raffle. Proceeds from the event will be used to purchase Christmas gifts for boys and girls under Child Protective Services (CPS) care.

Items for the silent auction will be a beautiful quilt “Tulips in Picket Fence” made and donated by Suzette Fletcher and a handmade cedar trunk/chest crafted and donated by Doug Morrow. The bake sale will include homemade candy, breads, rolls, muffins, cakes and pies. Raffle prizes include an Italian food basket, barbecue set, piano concert tickets, and gift certificates.

There will also be a rummage sale held outside the area between the church and the fellowship hall from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Proceeds from the rummage sale are for other church projects.
