In 1 Chronicles 10:12, we read some sad things about Israel’s first king, King Saul. He was unfaithful to the Lord, he did not keep the Word of the Lord; and, he did not inquire of the Lord for guidance, but consulted a medium for advice.
From Isaiah 1:16 & 17, “Make yourself clean, stop doing the evil things and wrong deeds. Learn to do what is right.” Isaiah also said: “Seek the Lord while He may be found, call on Him while He is near. Quit your evil ways and thoughts. Turn to the Lord and receive His mercy and forgiveness” (55:6,7).
There is a right way to live, and a wrong way. Each person must make their own personal choice as to which way to go. No one else can make that choice for you. Life can be filled with pain and frustration, or, you can experience: love, mercy, a calm spirit and peace of mind.
You can pick a difficult lifestyle or an easier one. Regardless, you will always live the live that you have chosen. So choose right. Choose Jesus Christ to be your friend and savior. Choose the good life! Live with no regrets!
