The annual Oracle Artist Studio Tour, now in its 24th year, was held April 16 and 17 and featured 18 stops and the art of more than 40 artists and artisans.

This year’s Tour paid homage to the late Michael Collett, a Tri-Community photographer who recently passed away.   Many who lived in Oracle and the Tri-Community remember Michael fondly. He grew up in the area. His family owned and operated Pat & Mike’s in Oracle. Michael was a photographer and quite a number of Tri-Community residents have photographs of their children, wedding pictures, portraits, etc. in their homes that Michael used his talent to produce.

Michael Collet’s wife, Jenny Kilb was one of the artists on the tour.
