For the second-consecutive week, the Ray football team gave up 56 points while showing little offensively.
Last week the Cats were able to score 12 points against third-ranked Gilbert Christian, but this week they were shutout out by seventh-ranked Valley Union, 56 – 0.
Things don’t expect to get any easier this week for the Cats, who will host fifth-ranked St. David on Friday.
Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
