San Manuel Miner
The San Manuel Miners defeated Tombstone and Hayden last week to extend their winning streak to four games. They edged Tombstone, 5 – 4, before cruising past Hayden, 11 – 2.
The Miners have allowed a total of 10 runs during the four-game streak and have not allowed any team they’ve played so far to score more than 5 runs in a game.
Offensively, the Miners are averaging almost 8 runs per game during the winning streak and 10 runs per game for the season.
If the Miners continue to perform as they have so far on offense and defense they are certain to continue racking up the victories.
Upcoming schedule: Mar. 26 @ Duncan, Apr. 1 vs. Ft. Thomas. Both games begin at 4:00 p.m.
