Mary Frances Lease, age 78, of Dudleyville, arrived in her promised place of eternity on Thursday, May 23, 2019. As well as being in the presence of Jesus, she is having a blessed reunion with the many loved ones that preceded her in death. They include: her parents, LeeRoy and Vivian “Dutch” Schoonover; husband, James; son, Charles Boyd; daughter, Theresa Fisher; son-in-law, Chad DeCino; and grandson, Christopher DeCino.
Frances had an enormous amount of love for her family and friends. She always let you know how much you meant to her. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, attending church, watching and caring for her many, many variations of birds. Her most important role was being a mother and grandmother. She loved getting together with her family to play dominos. She’ll be sorely missed by all.
She is survived by her son, David (Camie) Boyd of Kearny; daughter, Char DeCino of Dudleyville; seven grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren; sister, Iva (Amos) Cline of Oracle; brother, Richard (Gayle) Schoonover of Tucson; and many nieces and nephews.
