Martha Judd White

  Martha Judd White has passed on to the next phase of her eternal journey.  She passed away at the age of 98 to join her husband, Charles B. White Jr., three sons, Charles B. White III, David A. White and Jeffrey L. White, daughter –in-law, Sheila H White (Terry), sisters and brothers, parents and in-laws who preceded her.  She passed away peacefully on June 1, 2016 at home in her sleep.   

  She was born May 5, 1918 in Pomerene, Arizona and was raised in St. David attending school there and graduating high school along with her lifelong companion and husband of 73years.  She traveled extensively with her husband for his work including living out of country for 8 years and serving an LDS mission in Ecuador finally returning to St. David in retirement.

  She is survived by her son, Homer Terrance White; two daughters, Jean Marie White Langi (Sione) and Lucinda Joy White; three daughters-in-law, Marlita White (Charles B. White III), Susan White Tognazzini (David A. White), and Vera White (Jeffrey L. White); and 18 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, 15 great-great-grandchildren.

  Services will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 640 W. Patton St., in St. David, Arizona on June 11, 2016.  Viewing to be held at 9 a.m. at same location, funeral service at 10 a.m., and interment in the St. David cemetery immediately following the service.

  Services are being handled by the Richardson’s Remembrance Center.
