Mammoth – The Mammoth Public Library was mentioned in The Library Journal for December 2017. It was voted as one of America’s STAR libraries, with a three star rating for the expenditure range of $10,000 – $49,999. These ratings are based on circulation, library visits, program attendance, internet computer usage and e-circulation.
A representative of Mammoth Public Library stated, “We are a small community who had an exceptional year. It is wonderful to be acknowledged by the Star Library Rating Committee and I.J. Index of Public Library Service, sponsored by Baker & Taylor’s Bibliosiat.”
They continued, “Thank you to all our faithful patrons who helped us reach this amazing achievement.”
Mammoth Public Library was one of six libraries located throughout Arizona which were highlighted.
