Inclement weather on Saturday, Dec. 21, failed to dampen the holiday spirit of Tri-Community residents as residents of the Town of Mammoth sponsored the first (and hoped to be annual) Electric Light Parade. Even the Grinch was no match for the joy of the youngsters and ‘young-at-heart-sters’ who lined the streets to view the spectacular display of Christmas lights.
