At the Mammoth-San Manuel School District Board meeting held on Tuesday, the two new Board members, Malinda Legrand and Gloria “Lynn” Zeiler, were introduced.
Legrand has lived in San Manuel for 25 years. She has worked for juvenile probation the past 17 years including duty as the resource officer a few years ago at San Manuel.
Zeiler moved to Mammoth in 2008 from Alaska where she worked as a director of human resources for Geneva Woods Pharmacy. She also worked 13 years as a Correctional Health Administrator.
Mark Phelps was re-elected President and Terry Newman will remain as Vice-President of the Board.
Mrs. Dale-Scott presented Terri Simon with the Exceptional Customer Service Award for her service to the school district and the students.
Simon is a counselor, cheerleading coach and student advisor.
