  Superior Public Library will host a Creative Writing workshop for teens and adults presented by local author, Catrina Burgess.

  Catrina is the author of the young adult, paranormal/horror, four book series The Dark Rituals. In addition to writing, she also owned and operated Romance Junkies, a website dedicated to reviewing romance novels. Catrina is one of Wattpad’s hottest emerging talents, with over 6,000 followers. Her Dark Rituals series has been viewed more than 3 million times, and Awakening, Book 1 of the series, was selected as the 2014 Wattpad winner of Best Suspense Story.

  The workshop will be on Tuesday, July 21, from 3-4 p.m. at the Superior Public Library. Come and learn some creative writing ideas!

  Superior Public Library is also presenting the “Coloring Club” on Mondays and Thursdays from 2-3 p.m. Whether you are looking for new stress management techniques or trying to find a method of coping with work related stress, the color therapy rage has been proven to help relax. What better way to relax and unwind than by coloring in?  Everyone can enjoy the calming and stress-relieving benefits of coloring that come from increased focus and creativity. Discover the latest trend of coloring books and coloring pages for adults, and create something individual and beautiful to display in your home. We provide coloring pages and supplies, FREE!

  On June 29, 10 a.m., the library will host Magician Duffy Hudson as part of our Summer Reading Program for children.

  Join Broadway and film Actor Duffy Hudson in this fast paced romp through the most loved and classic works of Dr. Seuss.

  Watch, your favorite, beloved classics come to life as you have never seen before in this unique and lively 45 minute show.
