PHOENIX, Ariz. -PVIC (incorporating Arizona Industrial and Municipal Services, LLC and AIMS

Coatings, LLC.) announces new Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) certification. Maria Mihaletos,

PVIC/AIMS President since 2011, is proud to announce PVIC/AIMS has recently received certification from WBENC as of July 2012.

In order to achieve WBE certification, a business must be 51 percent owned, controlled, operated, and managed by a woman or women. Applicants must meet several additional certification requirements,

complete an extensive formal documentation and undergo a rigorous, a multi-faceted business application and review process, including a site visit by one of the 14 Regional Partner Organizations.

The WBE certification is considered honorable and viewed as an important asset by women-owned and operated businesses due to the programs available and certification with purchasing agents.

PVIC/AIMS is confident that Mihaletos’ managerial and operational skills will be further enhanced by the WBE certification, assisting in the achievement of PVIC/AIMS’ long-term goals.

“As a result of having built the company to its current position with what I believe to be the right core of contracts and key staff and management in place,” says Mihaletos, “I believe we are now in a position to take the company to the next level.”

PVIC/AIMS is a full service utility company offering clients a wide range of high quality services, including sewer video inspection and cleaning, utility cross bore inspection, hydro trenching, industrial coatings, sandblasting and other industrial services.
