The Hayden boys’ basketball team lost to San Manuel last Wednesday before suffering consecutive losses versus St. Augustine Catholic and Immaculate Heart at the St. Augustine Invitational on Dec. 4-5, respectively.
The Lobos have now lost four-straight games to start the 2014-15 season, all of them on the road. Their struggles appear to at both ends of the court. They’ve averaged less than 33 points per game while allowing 63. Their average margin of defeat is 30 points.
The Lobos’ schedule doesn’t get any easier with three more road games before their home opener on Dec. 19.
Upcoming schedule: Dec. 11 at Duncan, Dec. 16 at Superior, Dec. 19 San Manuel. All games are scheduled for 7 p.m.
