The Superior softball team hit four doubles in its 14 – 12 win against Pima last Friday. Junior Tori Juarez, who also tripled, Alicia Arriola, DeAndrian Bogenschutz, and Cassandra Drennan each hit a double in the game.
Juarez had three hits in the win and drove in five runs to lead the Lady Panthers’ offensive attack. Analysse Jaurez had three RBI while Drennan, a junior, had three hits and two RBI. Sophomore Anisah Cardenas went 4-for-4 and drove in a run.
Starting pitcher Alicia Arriola earned the complete-game victory, allowing six earned runs on nine hits with seven strikeouts and four walks.
