The No. 3-ranked Superior softball team dominated three opponents last week, notching lopsided wins against Ft. Thomas, Baboquivari and Hayden.
Anisah Cardenas went 2-for-3 with a triple and a homerun in the Lady Panthers 13 – 2 win against Baboquivari last Thursday. Cassandra Drennan had a hit and a pair of RBI. Marlee Estatico, Tori Juarez, Naomi Hing, and Marisa Estatico each had hits in the win.
On the mound, Alicia Arriola was sharp, allowing only a hit with 11 strikeouts and no walks in the complete-game victory. The two runs allowed were both unearned.
