The Lobos’ softball team crushed visiting San Carlos last Tuesday, 12 – 2. It was the Lobos seventh win of the year.
The win against San Carlos halted a short two-game losing streak for the Lobos. Their previous two victories were by one run against San Tan Foothills and Ft. Thomas. It was a good feeling to finally win a game by a comfortable margin.
The Lobos’ play has improved over the second half of the season. As their season winds down on the season, they’ll look to pick up where they left and keep improving next year.
Upcoming schedule: Apr. 23 @ Duncan (4:00 p.m.), Apr. 28 @ Pima (3:45), and Apr. 29 vs. Mesa Prep (4:00 p.m.).
