, 88, of San Manuel, Arizona, passed away Wednesday Aug. 12, 2015. Kenneth was born June 7, 1927 in Tulia, Texas where he grew up.
After serving his country, in World War II, he came home to marry his wife, L. Bethene Stewart, in 1949. They had three children. Kenneth operated a dry cleaning shop in Silverton, Texas and moved to Arizona in 1970 to work with a church affiliated children’s home. Kenneth went to work for Magma Copper Company in San Manuel, Arizona in 1971. They resided in San Manuel after he retired.
Kenneth was survived by his wife of 65 years, Bethene; and his three children, Ronnie L. Sharp, Amy A. Sharp (Whatton) and Terry Curtis and John K. Sharp and Stacie F. Sharp. He enjoyed his 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Kenneth was a fine husband, father and grandpa. We will miss him dearly.
