Kearny Police Report – November 28, 2018

  According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates.

Nov. 11

  Pablo Jose Acuna, 36, was arrested in the 100 block of Hartford Rd. and charged with assault/domestic violence. He was transported and booked into the Gila County Jail in Globe.

Nov. 13

  Assault was reported in the 700 block of N. Hwy. 177.

Nov. 14

  Maria Tillman, 28, was arrested in the area of Hwy. 177 and Upton Dr. and was charged with driving on a suspended license. She was cited and released.
