  According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates.

  A theft was reported at 9:05 a.m. on HOV Trails.

  An accident without injury was reported at 1:49 p.m. on private property in the  300 block of Alden Rd.

  An accident without injury was reported at 2:16 p.m. on private property in the 300 block of Alden Rd. 

  Burglary was reported at 6:12 p.m. in the 400 block of Hartford Rd.

April 7

  Theft was reported at 6:56 p.m. in the 300 block of Fairhaven Rd.

  Calls not listed include: ambulance request (24), 911 open line/hang up (5), abandoned vehicle (1), agency assist (9), extra patrol (1), fire call (3), citizen assist (3), speeding vehicle (1), civil matter (1), noise disturbance (2), traffic stop (5), suspicious activity (4), utility problem (1), animal complaint (1), alarm drop (1), domestic disturbance (1), unwanted subject (1) and criminal trespass (1).
