Kearny Police Report – June 26, 2019

  According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates.

June 10

  Burglary was reported in the 100 block of Johnston Dr.

June 13

  Jody Gibson, 24, was arrested in the 300 block of Alden Rd. on several warrants. She was transported and booked into the Gila County Jail in Globe.

June 18

  Jordan A. Tremont, 18, was arrested in the 400 block of Essex Rd. and was charged with reckless burning. He was cited and released.

June 19

  Theft was reported in the 100 block of Tilbury Dr.

June 22

  Antonio M. Trevizo, 21, was arrested in the area of Tilbury Dr. and Essex Rd. and was charged with driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released.

 Calls not listed include: ambulance request (20), traffic stop (59), animal/cattle complaint (6), welfare check (1), suspicious activity (3), fraud (1), citizen assist (3), vacation house check (3), fire (6), civil matter (1), alarm drop (2), found property (3), parking violation/abandoned vehicle (4), agency assist (1), juvenile problem (1), disturbance (1) and 911 open line/hang-up (2).
