Kearny Police Report – Aug. 2, 2017

  According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates.

July 28

  Douglas Bonser, 43, was arrested in the 300 block of Hartford Rd. and was charged with assault. He was cited and released.

July 29

  An accident without injuries was reported in the area of Hwy. 177 and Ray High School.

July 30

  Pablo R. Mariscal, 30, was arrested in the 400 block of Fairhaven Rd. on a warrant for probation violation. He was additionally charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.
