All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates.

Jan. 25

A wallet was found and turned into the police department. It was later claimed by the owner.

Two citizens were assisted with fingerprinting requests.

A verbal warning was issued for speed.

Jan. 26

A 911 hang-up was investigated on the 400 block of Danbury.

Agency assist with a boulder removal on Hwy 177

Jan. 27

A saguaro was reported down at Kearny ATV Park.

Agency assist to Hayden Police Department with an arrest.

An unoccupied ATV was found at the Ray High School parking lot.

Jan. 28

A verbal warning was issued for a stop sign violation.

Jan. 29

A gate was found open at Ray High School. All was secure.

A door was found open at the Ray Schools cafeteria. All was secure.

An animal detail other than dog bite was attended to.

A citation was issued for speed/no proof of insurance.

Three verbal warnings were issued for speed.

An unwanted person was reported at the GKI parking lot.

Agency assist to PCSO.

A field interview was conducted at Ray Schools cafeteria parking lot.

Jan. 30

Criminal damage was reported at the ATV Park. A trash can had been destroyed.

A 911 hang-up was attended to on Alden Rd.

A citizen was assisted with a fingerprinting request.

Jan. 31

Two written warnings were issued for residential parking violations.

Theft was reported on the 300 block of Hartford. A microwave oven was missing from the carport of a residence.

Theft was reported on the 400 block of Ivanhoe. Patio furniture was missing from a residence. Extra patrol was requested.

Paul Eugene Francisco, 50 of Kearny, was arrested on two warrants out of Pinal County. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Adult Detention Center.

A citizen was assisted on the 400 block of Fairhaven.

Feb. 1

A citation was issued for driving with a cancelled license and no proof of insurance.

Other calls included 10 ambulance runs and 11 information reports.
