The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. Steven Douglas King, 47 of Kearny, was arrested on a warrant out of Maricopa County Superior Court. He was transported to Florence and booked into the Pinal County Adult Detention Center.
Other calls included 11 ambulance runs; three information reports; three open door reports; one suspicious person/vehicle/circumstance report; four agency assists; one citizen assist; one 911 hang up; one civil standby; one animal detail other than dog bite; and one welfare check.
A written warning was issued for a stop sign violation; and three verbal warnings were given for headlight violations.
