According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates.

An accident without injuries was reported on Old Hartford Rd.
A dog at large was reported on 100 block of Croyden.
A verbal warning was issued for a stop sign violation.
A verbal warning was issued for a license plate light violation.
Sept. 27
An altercation/fight was reported at La Cantina. Subjects left the scene prior to officer’s arrival.
A report of a coral snake was received on the 400 block of Fairhaven. Officer and fire department responded and removed the snake from property.
Oct. 2
Agency assist to Hayden Police Department with a possible domestic violence situation.
Criminal damage was reported on 400 block of Jamestown. A street light had been shot out scattering glass all over the ground.
Two verbal warnings were issued for license plate light violations.
Oct. 3
Suspicious activity was reported in Mountain View area regarding dogs barking and howling. Negative contact with anyone or anything in the area
Gun shots were reported in the area of the 400 blocks of Greenwich and Hartford. After investigation the noise was determined to be from firecrackers.
A verbal warning was issued for a tail light violation.
A noise disturbance was reported on the 500 block of Mountain View.
Oct. 4
A verbal warning was issued for failure to obey a traffic device.
During the period of Sept. 21 and Sept. 27 there were nine ambulance runs, one information report and one 911 open line.
During the period of Sept. 28 and Oct. 4 there were nine ambulance runs.
