According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates.

Agency assist to Pinal County Sheriffs Office with a domestic violence situation occurring in Dudleyville.
A verbal warning was issued for license plate light violation.
Feb. 20
Liberty Boltarez Bailey, 26 of Kearny, was arrested for disorderly conduct, assault, criminal damage/domestic violence. She was transported to Globe and booked into the Gila County Jail.
Feb. 21
A noise disturbance was reported on the 300 block of Hartford.
Feb. 22
A dog at large was reported on the 300 block of Greenwich.
A juvenile problem was reported on the 400 block of Ivanhoe.
During the period of Feb. 16 to Feb. 22 there were seven ambulance runs, three information reports and two alarm drops.
