According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates.

Complaint of barking dogs and too many dogs at a residence on the 400 block of Danbury.
Complaint of barking dogs on the 300 block of Essex.
Two verbal warnings were issued for speed.
Feb. 12
Abraham M. Arbizo, 43 of Hayden, was arrested for disorderly conduct/aggravated assault domestic violence. He was transported to Florence and booked into the Pinal County Adult Detention Center.
Ericka M. Putman, 35 of Kearny, was arrested for disorderly conduct/aggravated assault domestic violence. She was cited and released.
Agency assist to Kearny Ambulance with a medical emergency.
Complaint of a speeding vehicle on the 200 block of Ivanhoe.
A noise disturbance was reported on the 400 block of Ivanhoe.
A wallet was found at Hubbard Park and turned into the police department.
A purse was found and turned into the police department.
Feb. 13
Criminal damage was reported on the 300 block of Fairhaven.
A scooter was found at Hubbard Park and turned into the police department.
Feb. 14
Extra patrol was requested on the 400 block of Greenwich.
Feb. 15
Harassment by phone was reported on the 100 block of Griffin.
Complaint of a barking dog on 300 block of Essex.
During the period of Feb. 9 to Feb. 15 there were four ambulance runs, three information reports , two 911 hang ups and one alarm drop.
