According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates.

A bicycle was found along Hwy 77 and turned into the police department.
Richard Wage Bailey, 30 of Kearny, was arrested for assault/domestic violence.
Dec. 6
Assault was reported on the 300 block of Hartford.
Agency assist to Gila County Sheriffs Office with an emergency call.
Business assist with traffic control at Hwy 77 and Old Hartford Rd.
A speeding complaint occurring on Upton Rd. was investigated.
Extra patrol was requested in the corral area.
Dec. 7
Suspicious activity was reported on the 300 block of Essex.
A noise disturbance was investigated on the 200 block of Jamestown.
During the period of Dec. 1 to Dec. 7 there were seven ambulance runs.
