According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates.

A noise disturbance was reported on the 400 block of Essex.

A noise disturbance was reported on the 300 block of Jamestown.
Criminal damage was reported on the 400 block of Jamestown.

A welfare check was requested on the 400 block of Jamestown.
Oct. 5
Two verbal warnings were issued for stop sign violations.
A dog bite was reported on the 400 block of Jamestown.
During the period of Sept. 29 to Oct. 5 there were nine ambulance runs, two alarm drops and five information reports.
