According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates.

After being pulled over for a stop sign violation, Mitchell Collings, 53 of Kearny, was arrested for driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released.

An ATV complaint was reported near Dunn’s Bridge.

Sept. 21
A noise disturbance was reported on Jamestown Circle.
Suspicious activity was reported on the 400 block of Jamestown.
During the period of Sept. 15 to Sept. 21 there were seven ambulance runs and two information reports.
