The coaching staff was very impressed with their effort and sportsmanship. Two coaches from other programs acknowledged the great character in our program.
The Wrestler of the Week was Marco Salas, a sophomore, led the Miners with a 3-0 record to start the season. After a great month of practice, Marco has shown great leadership skills on and off the mat.”
