Graveside services for John “Terry” Terrence Phelan, 59, will be held at Mountain View Cemetery in Hayden on Friday, Jan. 10, 2014, at 10 a.m.

Mr. Phelan passed away on Dec. 31, 2013 at his home in Aravaipa.
