To the Chamber of Commerce, all the members and the Town of Superior, I would like to congratulate all of you on the great turnout for the very successful 26th annual Apache Leap Mining Festival.
The turnout and response are such a wonderful validation of all of the planning, time and energy it takes each and every year to stage this event and continue the traditions that make Superior a place we all enjoy.
I cannot begin to express how much I enjoyed the festival, parade and all the other festivities, which each of you took so much time and care in planning.
Thank you for allowing me to represent the Chamber and the Town as the Grand Marshal in the parade “Celebrating the Magma Railroad.” It was a truly wonderful way to remember and enjoy my years working for the Magma Railroad.
