  After starting the season with consecutive losses, the Hayden football team has now won three-straight games, the most recent a lopsided 50 – 8 win against visiting Valley Lutheran last Friday night.

  Junior quarterback Mario Mariscal threw for two touchdowns while senior running back Ryan Donovan rushed for 110 yards in the win.

  Defensively, the Lobos registered three sacks and three interceptions, including two by Omar Lopez and another by Joel Rodriguez.

  Rodriguez and sophomore Noah Monroy each finished with a team-high eight tackles.

  The Lobos take on rival Ray this Friday on the Cats’ Homecoming.

  Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
