Henry “Rick” H. Valenzuela, 58, of Hayden Arizona passed away on Dec. 8, 2012 at his home in Hayden.
Funeral mass was held at St. Joseph Parish on Friday, Dec. 14, 2012 at 10 a.m. with a Rosary at 9 a.m., followed by a lunch at the Dudleyville Park. Online Guestbook at GriffithMortuary.com.
