Helen Rice Blank

Helen Rice Blank, 83, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 16, 2014 at her home in San Manuel, AZ.

Helen moved to San Manuel in 1953, worked as a health administrator for Bill Matheson and started the Mammoth Health Clinic and Mammoth Food Bank. She was very generous and giving person. She liked to paint, dance and do things with her family.

She is survived by her children, Kathy Valenzuela, Charles Blank, Edward Blank, David Blank and Richard Blank; eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by Kathy Hardy and Tommy Morris, children she adopted in love. She is preceded in death by Thomas Blank.

A Memorial Service was held on Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014, 4 p.m. at Assembly of God Church, San Manuel, AZ.
