Hayden-Winkelman Elementary School selects September students and citizens of the month

Hayden-Winkelman – Another month, another celebration of excellence. The Hayden-Winkelman Unified School District has selected its September Students and Citizens of the month for each grade, from K – 5th.

All students are important and most are to be commended for their fine efforts. A few go beyond, becoming, through their achievements and attitudes, examples for their fellow students and their communities.

Students of the month for September are: Kindergarten Agustine Lorona K, first grade Dallas Mariscal, second grade Dominic Alvarado, third grade Lydia Wheeler, fourth grade Roman Mariscal and fifth grade Devina Estrada.

The citizen of the month for September are: Kindergarten Mario Hong, first grade Makayla Rivera, second grade Ismael Gallego, third grade Jasmine De Los Reyes, fourth grade Aaron “A.J.” Lopez and fifth grade Marcos Gaona.

The teachers,staff, Superintendent Jeff Gregorich and Elementary Principal Pam Gonzalez of the Hayden-Winkelman Unified School District are dedicated to student achievement and to providing the students with the tools needed to achieve excellence in academia, but, also in social and personal areas of life.

Hayden-Winkelman is committed first and foremost to student achievement and to provide the students with the tools they need for academic, personal and social achievement.
